Pickle,
Way to get some topics brewing on this forum. Even if it's you and I talking about them, you know I always love talking about fantasy football.
as for L.T. x2, I think it's all talk that he leaves San Diego. Sproles is not an every down running back, as the Steelers showed us why last week. It only takes one defender to tackle him and that's not what you want out of your #1 RB.
As for Tomlinson, he missed Lorenzo Neal this year and the line didnt hold up, but I still like him as a #1 RB and a first rounder in next years fantasy football drafts.
If San Diego was to get rid of him, it wouldn't be until after the NFL draft.
Should be interesting, but I think he stays in San Diego. However, it is starting to become Philip Rivers team.
All the Best,

With all the wear and tear on LT I would think 2009 is the last season he qualifies as a first round pick in fantasy football. I hope I'm wrong but I see it so often with RBs that once the injuries start hitting it's only a matter of time. Even the toughest dudes go down that path, look at Eddie George.
I agree with Cavigs no way is Sproles a No. 1 back. It will be interesting to see if San Diego drafts an RB though, I would imagine that might signal that LT is on the trading block.

last seen in a Washington Redskins uniform. whereabouts currently unknown. Injuries and a lack of breakaway speed will do that to you. Alexander was always more of a bruiser than a shifty running back and it just shows how important his line was during his prime. - Bruno Boys Cavigs

hit the nail on the head, Cavigs. I thought it was incredibly stupid of Seattle to let Steve Hutchinson go to Minnesota. that signaled the end for Alexander.
