Hey Bruno Boys. Thought this might be something kinda cool. How bout at seasons end we conduct an award ceremony of sorts called "The Brunies"
basically you come up with categories for all the members to submit their nominations for. things like:
Best Trade of the year Biggest Oh S&%T Moment of the Year Waiver Pickup of the year
etc. they could be as weird or crazy as you guys want.
Then we all submit our own personal stories of what happened to us throughout the season in those cateogories (my Trade of the year right now would be trading Norwood to get Brandon Marshall). Then you guys vote and post a column announcing the winners. Don't really need to give the winners anything, just thought it might be a cool idea to get all of us participating. Let me know what ya think.

Acebrando,
Sounds like an excellent idea and something that I think will really get the Bruno Boys Nation going.
The 1st Annual "The Brunies" Awards hosted by Bruno Boys Fantasy Football. Man, this could be something that really catches on when we get our Nationwide TV show (someday!)/
I'll talk to my staff about this and see what we can come up with, but great idea Ace Brando.

the only thing is, you are going to need to prove somehow that you actually did the transaction. I can easily say i traded Norwood for Marshall, but how can I prove it. I would say that people should take a screen shot of the transaction on their page and post it to PhotoBucket or a similar site and post the link in this forum. for example, here is my transaction of pickin up McFadden off waivers: i33.photobucket.com/albums/d93/palmabeer/Picture4-1.pngjust a thought. palmabeer

Of Course that would need to be included, via Screen Shot, or a link to their fantasy page (leagues like ESPN are usually Public viewing).
It will be fun, and no cheating will be involved.

or don't even worry about that. track crazy stuff that happens online etc, like for eg the guy who wanted the librarian to be involved in the q+a, then the response came back to sign up and 'she'd be there.' classic, like talking down a stalker

Hell, I say we verify it through the processes that you say or whatever we devise, and we can actually go live with this! A live "Brunies" show! We discuss the live topics, have the winners call in, etc... Just my take on it. What site offers that? Good idea acebrando! -Bruno Boys Ziza www.brunoboys.net

Just seeing if people are still interested in doing this. I know these boards have cooled off over the past few weeks, but let me know so we can put something together.
Plus, we want to hear your stories, whether they are good or bad.
All the Best,

Cavigs I'm fond of the idea. I would like to find a way to verify the things but regardless I trust that we'll get some great stories from people regarding key wins, trades, FA pickups, etc.
