Well, reports are becoming more and more prevailent about Rudi being on the block, making it seem very unlikely that he will get the starting spot.
Who do you guys think is the better RB, Kenny Watson or Chris Perry?

What matters is what the Cincy coach thinks and he loves Chris Perry. -Bruno Boys Ziza www.brunoboys.net

The only thing is, Perry hasn't proven that he can stay healthy. By mid-season, I think we'll see Kenny Watson starting at RB for the Bengals.

I agree with Ziza, right now Perry has more value (then Watson) because the coach said he is on top right now. Ant makes a good point (he usually does) about Perry's health, but Perry was a very durable back in college and played through injuries, ok yes I bleed Maize and Blue. I understand that so far that hasn't translated in the pros, but now he is going to get a chance and right now he is healthy. I am not saying that he is going to be a RB1 or even a RB2, but getting Perry in the 10th round or later as an RB4 could end up being a steal. -Bruno Boys Larry www.brunoboys.net

Problem is that it could easily be RB by committee.... Fantasy suicide

Are either one of these guys worth a roster spot over Selvin or Fragile Freddy?

I'd say no Gian. And Larry, as always, screw U of M! Go MSU! It is nice to see that Edwards and Burress are two of the best WR's in the game! -Bruno Boys Ziza www.brunoboys.net

It looks like Rudi Johnson could be CUT! He did not participate in tonight's preseason finale even though Marvin Lewis wanted to give him one more chance to obtain the starting job. Move him down on your rankings!

Can you believe some people are still taking him as the first Cincy back off the fantasy boards? -Bruno Boys Ziza www.brunoboys.net

Ziza,
I know it's crazy. I own him in one of my leagues as well as Chris Perry. Do you think it's time to release him from my team, or wait a little while to see how everything pans out?

Anthony I would hold off. Roster cuts coming down tomorrow (Saturday) and I have seen some speculation that he gets cut.

With a RB like Rudi Johnson I would hold off on cutting him until you see what type of role he definitely will play in Cincy or if he gets cut, what team does he go to and the role that he will have there. I know it is hard with an itchy trigger finger, but you don't want to make the mistake by dropping him too early. -Bruno Boys Ziza www.brunoboys.net
