Check out the weekly Points race league. $25 gets you $250 on the win.
My opinion is that early on, many playing won't know the game that well, so it could be easy pickings!

new to stock market style fantasy football, I struggled last year. But since then I've done fantasy soccer and fantasy baseball through stock market style leagues so I'm really looking forward to the rotohog league this year.

the key will be knowing who to get from the opening bell to make roto-bucks. Then You can afford a decent starting squad. Its also great to have your low end players to perform well in week 1! More pts and money.

yo whats up guys? The market goes live in 4 days and we have to be ready! Last year Justin was the man and he was always on top of things before they actually happened. He now works for Rotohog and he hasnt said anything so far this year except "I and another member did the pricing so hopefully theres no good deals to be found". Brono Boys are you guys going to step up and grab the bull by his nuts?? Nah just joking, but we do have to get gameplanning NOW! I have some ideas, but we have to be ready before the market goes live on Thursday. Talk to me!

Jshriev, Oh no, I didnt realize the trading floor opens on thursday. I still haven't even purchased any of the players or looked at the pricing of the players. For some reason I thought it didnt open to September 1st. I will be running a weekly article that comes out on Tuesday and Thursday that talks about Bargain Buys for each NFL game, and it will use the RotoHog dollars to determine which player can be had at value. It won't neccesarilly be a Roto Hog article, BUT it will be directly in line with how RotoHog plays their fantasy game! As for some market vaues, I need to find a free minute within the next day or two, and I will draft some scenarios up for us all. BTW, Jib Jab wasn't all that great last year! Over the final 13 weeks of the season, only I believe 3 people had more points than I did. ::padding myself on the back:: - Bruno Boys Cavigs www.brunoboys.net

I'm Lovin it! Who do you guys(THE WHOLE BRUNO BOYS NATION) think will go up in value more at the market open T.O. , Brees , or L.T.? So far i'm thinking like this Brees Romo L.T Thomas Jones Santonio Holmes Shockey Eagles Dst that leaves me with 39.50 bucks. I want to sell Brees when he goes up a couple of bucks to buy T.O and JT O'sulivan. if Jones comes within 10 bucks of Gores fluctuating price im selling Jones to get Gore. Im going to dump Shockey as soon as his price starts to drop and im picking up Dustin Keller for 5 bucks. My only worry is should i drop L.T. now before the opening bell and get T.O.? Or will L.T.'s price probably go up and I wont be able to afford him for what Brees will make me? After this mess is over i'll only need a wr and a kicker. Does this make sense to you guys, or does it sound like a bunch of Jiberchit?? (Oh yea the market is live on Friday. Thursday the last batch of players will be released). SORRY ABOUT THAT

I'm looking at who will (hopefully) gain money after open.
my list:
Brees Bulger Warner (if he isn't priced to high when they ipo him) R Williams (see above) Isaac Bruce Nate Burleson Drew Bennett Jeremy Shockey
Unless Brady is really hurt, you've got to play him week 1. No matter what it cost you. Miami put up over 20 pts. on KC in preseason. That Defense is in trouble.

yea i was thinking about taking my change(39.5) and spending it on those players if they dont get price jacked. you dont think T.O. is low at $48,when moss is at 63? overall people cant have T.O. rated below a #3 reciever especially with the injury to Edwards and the questions surrounding Moss.

Hows everyone doing so far?? I'm at 124 and counting. The plan worked great. I picked up TO,Moss, Romo, and Lt when they all were low. So far Brady is the only 1 who didn't make me a profit yet. I'm still sitting on Shockley, and now Keller is raising hell for me too! The Eagles DST was a good call too. OMG that Brees ride was awesome Sold him at 52.5 by the time i finished the transaction he was under 50. I have some more ideas but I need some input from you guys(the whole Bruno Boys nation)! WHATS UP ,WE WORKING TOGETHER OR WHAT??
