BillMack, Welcome to the Bruno Boys NATION! We are always thrilled to have new members on the forum and we wish you the best of luck in all of your leagues during the 2008 season. Seems like you have a pretty standard scoring league, with a few twists here and there, but nothing OVER THE TOP. How long have you been in that league for? Also, do you know what PICK you have? I agree with ZIZA, take an in-depth look at our www.brunoboys.net website and you will FIND OUT everything you need to know to be successful come tuesday night. Also, with your league rewarding 6 points per passing TD, you might want to bump up Manning, Romo, Brees and Palmer a tad based off our top 150, as that is STANDARD scoring format (4 points per passing TD). Welcome to the Nation, and when you get a chance sign up for our Bruno Boys Fantasy Fan Leagues. Should be alot of fun and great prizes.. BB Cavigs, Thanks for the heads up. I draft at #4 and this is my 2nd year in this league.
So westbrook addai or jackson will be there but to be honest Im not to thrilled with them, I looking to get addai and then Romo in rd2 but that might be a stretch.
I am checking out the draft tools on the site Well done my friend good job they are helping me tremendously.

I am no bruno bros expert and I havent looked in depth at your league rules, but I'll add my thoughts for the sake of conversation. If Westbrook falls to you at number 4, I would nab him over Addai, especially if you are in a league that awards points to RB's for PPR. He is a fantasy stud and put up great numbers last year despite being on the injury report almost all season. Addai is in a system with a ton of weapons including DC, Wayne, and Harrison. Marvin could steal some points from him if he comes back at full strength, and Rhodes gets his paycheck on 3rd downs and around the goal line alot. Thats not to say I dont think JA is a great pick and a solid RB1, but if you offered me both, there isnt a question for me. Keep in mind I live about 40 miles from Indy, so this isn't my heart talkin! Now I will say this, after having just toured Lucas Oil Stadium this weekend and walkin around on the field, if they awarded additional points for playing in the sweetest venue, the Colts are ALL great picks!!!

I am checking out the draft tools on the site Well done my friend good job they are helping me tremendously. Bill Mack, Best of luck with the 4th pick, let us know how the team turns out. Personally, I would rank your potential choices in order: Westbrook Jackson Addai Jackson is healthy, he has ended his holdout, and should have enough time to get in game shape with the season still being 17 days away. As for your 2nd round pick, unless your league rewards 6 points for passing TD's, I would stay clear of Romo. I would use your 2nd round pick to snag a top tier wide receiver in the likes of Larry Fitzgerald, Andre Johnson or Marques Colston, and than follow that up with a RB or WR in the 3rd round. Grab the depth and top talent at your core positions (RB & WR) and worry about your quarterbacks a tad later, especially if it's a 4 points per passing TD league. Ideally, you can spend your first 5-6 rounds getting the best available RB/WR's on the board (perhaps a TE if you can get Winslow, Gates or Witten in the late 4th or 5th) and than attack a quarterback like Donovan McNabb in the 6th or 7th round. Carson Palmer in the 5th round is also intriguing. Hope this helps, and if you have any other questions, shoot them our way. - Bruno Boys Cavigs www.brunoboys.net

I totally agree. I have the 12th pick in my big money league and as much as I love Witten I will be having to let him slide as I will be wanting to take the best RB's and WR's possible the first at least 5 rounds (Unless Witten drops to the 5th (60 no likely). -Bruno Boys Ziza www.brunoboys.net
