With the season heading towards the second half it will be interesting to see who does what. The Angels picked up an AWESOME power threat in Mark Texiera. Do you all feel this will put them to the top, or do you all feel that there are other teams to be more concerned about? Say, like the Detroit Tigers for one? (Wishful thinking)

The deal for Mark Texiera makes the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim the clear cut favorites heading into the postseason. With a lineup that now features Vladdy Guererro, Torri Hunter, Howie Kendrick, Chone Figgins, and now Mark Texiera it gives the Angels enough offense to go along with some great pitching. John Lackey, Jerred Weaver, Joe Saunders, Ervin Santana is the best 1-4 punch in all of baseball and with K-Rod being lights at the end of the game it's going to be tough to be this squad in a 7 game series. With that being said, we all know that anything can happen in the postseason, and a team like the White Sox, Twins or Tigers could knock them off in the Divisional Series. - Bruno Boys Cavigs www.brunoboys.net
