Team Fox has taken the lead over Mel's Hair thanks to Witten and I am already counting next week as an easy win over the Flying Ace. With LT and Housh on his team I am all set. I'll trade you Tim Hightower for LT Ace. :-)
Then week 4 I get to lay a serious beating on Ed Hochuli's deflated biceps. d**n this is easy!!
I should have this league locked up by week 6 or 7.

Haha - I take it back, it looks like the Snowpimp King is the front runner! Fox was running his mouth like he had this league wrapped up in the 2nd week.
Hey Fox, did you get sniped and lose late in Week 2?

No, week 2 was cake. Week one was a tough loss to the Pimp.....hopefully one of my last losses.
As far as the "top" competition. Aguiar has got Warner at the helm and Larry the Letdown Johnson as one of his main RBs....that's not a recipe for winning a "marathon". The Snowpimp has got some talent and even has P Manning currently on the bench!!! He is pretty weak at RB though and in Def and TE. Not good training for a "marathon"
I am still feeling pretty good but got some tough match ups coming up in a few weeks!!
Good Luck all!!!

Fox Fox just ripped off a good week with 95 points and the Chargers D to play. I just don't get it, my 69 points on the bench win some games this week. Luckily the 75 I have is already good enough, barring 12 interceptions from Rivers tonight. Bruno Boys I need your advice, when is it too early to start planning your playoff strategy?

It is looking closer to 110 points and over 150 points for all my players this week!!! The Charger D is finally kicking some butt. It is the Jets though but I'll take it.
As far as playoff strategy Brad, try to figure how you will get past me. I gave you one but that is all you get!!

Ugly Pigskin is 0-3. What is going on with your team RSGregory?
Snowpimp Kings and Tean Aguiar wiping the mat with the competition?
Looks like it should be a great league to the wire.

Marc:
Waiting for better RB play. Should do better soon. Thinking about trading a QB for a #1 WR, first time I tried, no serious takers. (Palmer and Hasselbeck need to perform better for a better trade. They're starting to.)
It's a long season.
Edit: Looks like I get my first win this week.

Alright, I can eat a little crow. A staunch Pitt DEF pulled it out for Get McNabb A WR. One loss isn't too bad and I am still tracking...Aguiar is looking tough.

1 point win. That's what I'm talking about. Jones-Drew and Peterson haven't even started to play to their ability yet.

I am going to predict Aguiar's first loss this week!!
I think I got the best match ups. As far as projected points for week 5, my starters are ranked #1 QB (Brees), #1 and #2 RBs (Barber and Forte) and #1 TE (Witten) with the #2 WR (Fitzgerald).
Tough to beat me this week! I am predicting a win by 25 points.

I should be able to handle Ugly Pigskin, unless Romo goes off against a weak Cincy defense. I could start off my season 4-0-1...not bad considering my best WR (Plax) isn't playing.

An ugly week with byes and off weeks. I am going to lose, b/c DeAngelo Williams turned in the only game all year where he goes off. Last week I had Johnson, this week Williams. I am done talking until the playoffs are clinched

Brad I know you wont dare make that trade. Every week that he flunks makes his odds better for the next week ;D LT is a proven STUD and STUD MAKER. He'll be ok! If you have him in our league and you want to get rid of him just let me know and i'll take him off of your hands! Playa Slaya

How is the league playing out, did anyone upend Aguiar yet?
It's crazy how fantays football works, you have LT getting 5 points when we project him at 20+ and DeAngelo going for 30 points when we project him at 11 points. Though we did project Williams to have his first big game of the season.

I am on a winning streak and looking to move up this weeek too. I am predicting I will be in top 3 by end of week 7. I guess McNabb needs a RB instead of a WR. He put a post out there looking for a RB. Does anyone want to give him a RB to make the second place team even better.....NOT!!

Yup, I'm interested in another RB, but if I can't get one, I can live with Peterson, Jones-Drew, Selvin Young, and Rhodes. I'm feeling pretty confident with Calvin Johnson, Plaxico Burress, and Lee Evans at my 3 starting WR positions. Looks like I'll tack on another win this week making me 5-1-1
